DO THE STYLISTS COME TO ME?Yes, all services are on-location which means the stylists will come to you. If you are an out of town bride, our glam studio can be available to you.

IS A TRIAL REQUIRED?Every bride is different and with that comes different budgets, concerns and needs. We DO NOT require a trial but encourage one if you are a visual bride who needs to see and feel it all before the big day.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME STYLIST FROM MY TRIAL ON MY WEDDING DAY?If you reserve your wedding date at the same time as the trial you are guaranteed to receive the same stylist. Due to high demand, we work on a first come first serve basis. Because of this we cannot hold or reserve stylists for potential brides, we do reserve stylists for brides who have reserved the wedding day.

HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE TAKE?Services can take 30-45 minutes each.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC STYLIST?Yes! When reserving your date you can request a stylist in the notes box. We suggest requesting your top 3. When creating your day of schedule we will reserve a stylist based on your preferance order and stylist availability. Requests are not guaranteed if the stylist you request is not available.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?To reserve your date, simply click the "book now" button and you will be redirected to our booking portal. There you will see the reservation options, follow the instructions and you are all set!

HOW SOON SHOULD I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?The sooner you book, the better. We are in high demand and our stylist availability changes daily. Once you book with us, your glam squad is locked in.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?Yes, a $125 deposit is required at booking. The deposit will be applied to the final balance owed. The deposit is refundable as long as a refund request is submitted before the 30 day window of the appointment date.

HOW MANY STYLISTS WILL I RECEIVE?The number of stylists you receive is based on the number of services being performed. Once the booking questionnaire is returned to us, we use all the information you provide (services, time, location) to create a detailed day of schedule which will display your stylist count. Generally we assign 1 stylist to every 5 services. This is not always the case but should help you determine the number of stylists you can potentially receive.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?Yes, we have a travel fee for wedding and special event services. The travel fee is per stylist. Travel fee's are listed below. DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?NO, We do not have a contract. We have a simple booking policy which we encourage you to read and print for your records before booking. You can view this policy at the footer of our website.
